Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it,

  • unused or unworn, with all tags,

  • in the original packaging,
    and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • perishable goods (food, flowers, plants),

  • custom or personalized products,

  • personal care goods,

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases,

  • sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the one you have and place a new order after your return is accepted.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped within the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return it without justification.
Returned items must be unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the refund approval.
Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at office@panoradea.ro.
